With over 30 years of painting experience, I take on a limited number of commissions each year. Whether it's a beloved pet, a favourite landscape or a piece of wildlife art, I'll work closely with you to create something truly personal.
Commissions are available in oils, watercolour and pastel pencil. Prices vary depending on size, medium and complexity — get in touch and I'll provide a no-obligation quote.
How it works
Get in touch
Fill in the enquiry form with details about your subject, preferred size and medium. Include reference photos if you have them.
Quote & agreement
I'll come back to you with a price and estimated turnaround time. A 50% deposit is required to secure your slot.
Painting & updates
I'll keep you updated with progress photos throughout. You're welcome to request minor adjustments before the final piece is completed.
Delivery
Your finished painting is carefully packaged and posted to you. Originals are signed and include a certificate of authenticity.

Common questions
How long does a commission take?
Turnaround is typically 3–6 weeks depending on complexity and my current workload. I'll give you an estimated date when I confirm your commission.
What reference photos do you need?
Clear, well-lit photos work best — ideally taken in natural light. For pets, a few different angles help me capture their character. I'll let you know if I need anything else.
What sizes are available?
I work in a range of sizes from A5 up to A1. The most popular sizes for pet portraits are A4 and A3. Let me know what you have in mind and I can advise.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — I ship across the UK and internationally. Postage costs will be included in your quote.
